Our Holiday Home is located about 2 km from Montecatini Terme (Unesco heritage 2021) and about 1 km from Monsummano Terme.

From the Montecatini Terme exit of the A11 motorway it can be reached in about 5 min (3km).

It is in a strategic area for visiting the main Tuscan tourist areas. About 35 km from Florence and 50 km from the Tyrrhenian Sea (Viareggio).
